- Do you think it is important the sanitary facilities always shine and the houses and tents look as if it is the first time a guest stays in them? Then it is you we are looking for!

Tasks and responsibilities
Your place of work is in "Baroness, the restaurant of "Camping de Chênefleur", a beautiful location in the Belgian Ardennes. It is mainly a Flemish/Belgian restaurant visited by both international campers and locals. Open from March throughout the summer season until the end of September. During the summer seson an average of 150 guests dine here every day and your team will have an extra 2/3 helpers. YOu also prepare lunches for 30 employees and a number of guests who prefer to have lunch in our cosy restaurant.
Your position at Baroness lets you literally and figuratively experience what managing a kitchen is; you manage the stock, the orders, the snack bar, the prices, the helpers and the dishwashers in a team of 10. We work with a limited menu but you get enough freedom to show your style. We are happy to give you space for your ideas, flavours and recipes. A luxurious sandwich, a crispy salad or a delicious hot dish, maki it something beautiful and delicious! The kitchen runs like clockwork under your supervision and you are keen on the quality of the ingredients and the products that leave your kitchen.
You have work experience in the kitchen, from preparing a steak, salmon hollandaise, spicy curry to scampies. You bring it in the most creative way! Regulations and safety hold no secrets for you. Wa can describe you as a go-getter who keeps pace even in busy times!
